Tap the + button on any screen, choose Add caregiver, and enter just a name and phone number — that's enough to start. Photo, skills, age, and documents can be added anytime later from her profile.

How do I share a caregiver profile with a client on WhatsApp?

Open the caregiver's profile and tap Share profile. You'll see exactly what the client will receive — a branded one-page profile with your agency's name on it. Tap Share and pick the client's chat on WhatsApp. Takes under a minute.

Will clients see my caregiver's phone number?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every shared profile shows your agency's number as the only contact. Clients reach caregivers through you — your roster can't be poached off a document you sent.

How do I record a part-payment from a client?

Open Money, tap the client, tap Record payment, and change the pre-filled amount to whatever they actually paid. The app tracks the balance automatically and shows “₹15,000 of ₹28,000 received” against the month.

Record a payment to the caregiver for more than what's due — the extra is automatically kept as an advance and adjusted against her next month. No separate register needed.

Open the app in the morning — the Today screen lists everyone on duty with Present and Absent buttons. One tap each. You can also mark up to 7 days back if you missed a day.

Open her profile, tap the menu, and choose Mark as left. She stops counting against your plan immediately, and her complete work history stays in your records — useful if she comes back, which happens more often than you'd think.

Open the client's profile and tap Create bill. It pre-fills with their pending dues; edit anything you like, preview the branded PDF, and share on WhatsApp. Your bill number and agency details are added automatically.
