We never sell or share your data. When you ask us to remove it, we will — no conditions, no seven-day cool-off games. Your records stay yours.
03No surprises in pricing.
The price you see is the price you pay, plus GST. No per-caregiver add-ons. No 'premium' features locked behind a bigger plan. If a feature exists, every paid tier gets it.
04Support that actually replies.
WhatsApp is our support channel. A smart assistant handles the common questions instantly, and our team steps in within a couple of hours on work days for anything real. No ticket queues, no call centres, no chasing. If we ever can't hold that promise, we'll say so out loud.
