Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your agency name, your phone number and email at signup. Caregiver names, phone numbers, photos, skills, contract dates — the data you enter to run your operation. Client names, phone numbers, addresses and payment records — again, only what you enter.
Why we collect it
To run the CareC app on your behalf. To generate profile PDFs, bills and reminders. To let you and your team see the same records. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, ever.
Where it lives
On encrypted servers in India (Mumbai region). Access is limited to the CareC engineering team, only when you request support.
DPDP Act compliance
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are the data fiduciary for your caregivers and clients — you decide what to collect and share. CareC is your data processor.
Deletion
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Data → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible after a 14-day grace window during which you can recover.
